Vermont School Houses

Charlie Farrell created the Vermont Schoolhouse Project in 2006 to document all of Vermont’s Schoolhouses. This presentation will outline the history of Vermont education, highlighting Orwell’s schoolhouses. Charlie will also share Vermont facts and trivia like how two future U.S. Presidents taught school in the basement of a Congregational Church in Pownal.
