Guided History Walk: “Go Home Guy Carleton”

A walk with experts to the horseshoe battery on the point to commemorate Oct. 28, 1776, when the defensive strength convinced Gen. Guy Carleton and his British fleet to head back to Canada for the winter. This gave the Northern American Army time to plan for 1777. Wear walking shoes and dress for the weather. If inclement weather, discussion inside.
